EVWidgets: Fix indicator layout & add mdpi resources * Indicator image is using an ImageView, which using the image source as opposed to the background, it doesnt stretch unless specified to. android:scaleType:"fitXY" fixes this beautifully. Change-Id: Ia40d6d7d46e28a7b39bc1272c63ccee5bd96ce70
