qcom: fix gfx glitches Stops the "dynamic" usage of the gpu/cpu for rendering and puts all rendering back on gpu. Fixes graphic's artifacts/glitching as well as youtube messing up. PS1: Move setting composition type until on boot Change-Id: I33ccc4bf09cfed38ea2c186c394bade6d2882c74
