SEandroid: fingerprint: allow system server access to QFP daemon Sensors wake-up library runs in the system_server context. The wake-up library and the QFP daemon communicate through binder. This change gives the system_server permission to find the qfp service interface. Change-Id: I49e2500a7dbdeae842eb8e8f7f06837510f390ed
