Update ccache to 3.1.9. The hash schema has been changed since ccache 3.0, so cache won't hit if they were generated by the old ccache 2.4. But the new and old cache can still coexist in the same CCACHE_DIR. See the release notes on http://ccache.samba.org/releasenotes.html.
