DSPManager: Holo-ify equalizer surface Use holo_blue as the base color for the equalizer surface to not clash with the rest of the system colors. Reduce the size of the control handles so they are not so large on xlarge displays. Change-Id: Ice4b9f9a4a50ff5e925ee8898d41894c615cc2e7
