jewel: use block device paths in recovery fstab This re-enables CWM's advanced partition functions to create /sd-ext on external storage. It also squelches some error messages that show up on Koush's special touch version of CWM. Change-Id: I982863f798f59f7a64ab520b2cfd8f9ac3ac0c6c
