msm8226-common: Use correct CPU flags * Qualcomm MSM8226 actually uses 4 Cortex-A7 cores, not Krait. * Also, confusingly, the A7 is actually newer than the A8 and A9 and also pairs with the A15 in the big.LITTLE architecture. Change-Id: Idfeb7052bf1a8c133e9f5c421375c11529a3f8d2
